Getting started

  1. Install BienSorti and follow onboarding on first launch.
  2. Add at least one child (first name, optional date of birth).
  3. Grant permissions: Always location, physical activity or motion, notifications.
  4. Keep monitoring active — BienSorti watches in the background during your trips.

Full setup takes about 2 minutes. You can adjust reminders (delay, ringtone, volume) in the Settings tab of the app.

Troubleshooting

I'm not getting a notification when I stop

Check the following:

  • At least one child is configured in the app.
  • Notifications are allowed for BienSorti.
  • Always location is granted.
  • On Android: physical activity is allowed and the monitoring notification is active during a trip.
  • On iOS: a background location indicator may appear during a trip — that's normal.

The app stays quiet until a trip is detected. BienSorti only alerts you at the end of a vehicle trip.
